Pre-Inspection: Determine the fabric content, soil level and origin of stains/odors.
Pre-Treament: A naturally sourced emulsifier is applied to draw all dirts and soil to the surface to be extracted.
Deep Cleaning: Hot water extraction using an upholstery cleaning tool to maximize cleaning. Special care is taken to ensure effective cleaning of the fabric without over-saturation of fabric or padding / foam. We will ensure that the furniture will be dry in a matter of hours so that you can go back to your normal routine quickly.
Pet Accidents: A safe, natural deodorizing treatment containing an active enzyme that eliminates odor causing bacteria is applied to the fabric. This enzyme treatment will allow us to fully extract any biological contaminants from the furniture.
30-Day Service Warranty: As with all Lomaxx Services, our Upholstery Cleaning Service includes a 30-day warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your results, we will return at your convenience to rectify any issue.
Stain Guard: This fabric protection agent adheres to fabric for up to a year, protecting against future staining and slows excessive soiling, keeping your furniture cleaner longer.
